Mantra
In the app
Open Mantra, go to Settings and choose Delete account. Your account and community membership are deleted permanently, including your nickname and block list.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email support@mantraquit.com from the address on your account, or give us the phone number you signed in with. We will delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in details and community profile.
- Your posts and replies, if you leave the community first or ask us to remove them.
- Your support buddy pairing.
What stays
- Logs, journal entries and plans on your phone stay there until you delete them in Settings or remove the app. We can’t reach them.
- Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as the law requires. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store account settings.
