Stays on your phone

Habits, logs, plan and check-ins: Encrypted with AES-256. Not uploaded.
Journal: text, voice and video: Encrypted on your device. Never sent to a server.
Assessment answers: Stay on your device. They are not a diagnosis.
Sleep and steps: Read only if you turn this on, and used only on your device.
Coach conversations: The default coach runs on your device. The conversation is cleared when you close the app.
Website blocking: Runs on your device. Sites you visit are not logged or sent to us.

Account: Your email, phone number, or Apple or Google sign-in. Accounts are optional.
Community: Your nickname and what you post. Other members can see these. You can delete them at any time.
Support buddy: Your clean-day start date, today’s pledge and “I’m struggling” alerts. Your logs, notes and habit name are never shared.
Subscription: Apple or Google handles payment. We see whether Premium is active, not your card.
Reports: If you report a post or a coach reply, its text is sent to us for review.

No ads. No selling your information. No analytics or tracking in the app. No cookies on this website.
