By using Mantra you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. You must be at least 18 years old.
Not medical care
Mantra is a personal support tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition and does not replace a doctor, therapist or emergency service. Stopping some substances suddenly, including alcohol, can be dangerous; talk to a doctor first. If you’re thinking about harming yourself or are in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Mantra. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or interfere with how it works.
Community
You are responsible for what you post. Don’t give medical advice, share personal details, harass anyone, or encourage substance use, gambling or self-harm. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break the community rules. Other members’ posts are their own opinions, not professional advice.
Mantra Premium
Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Crisis tools are always free.
Your data
Our privacy policy explains how your information is handled. Most of your data is stored only on your device, so you are responsible for exporting it before you change phones or delete the app.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Mantra reliable, but the app is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Ending use
You can stop using Mantra and delete your account at any time. We may end access if these terms are seriously broken.
Apple
If you downloaded Mantra from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, we will update the date above. Questions: info@mantraquit.com.
